When you register, your contact and delivery details are stored securely online in your account, so you do not have to resubmit your details every time you place an order. When you make a purchase, all you have to do is log in and your details are prefilled during the checkout process.
You can also check the delivery status of your current orders, view your previous orders and update or amend your contact details online by logging in.
- Which methods of payment do you accept?
Currently we accept payments by Paypal, or Cheques, postal orders uk only. Cheques and postal orders will have to clear before your goods are sent out.
- Can I check the delivery status of my order online?
Yes, all you have to do is log in with your user name and password and you will be able to check whether your order is still being processed or has been dispatched.
You will also receive an automated email, telling you when your order is being processed or has been dispatched.
- How long will my order take to be Delivered?
Usually 4-5 days, Smaller items will be with you in a matter of days.
